President & Chairman
Former Partner at McKinsey & Company in Vietnam, an office that he helped found in 2008 and led as managing partner for 12 years. Marco continues to serve McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor. Previously, Marco was the managing partner of McKinsey’s Thailand office, a partner in McKinsey’s Singapore office responsible for Financial Institutions clients in Southeast Asia and has served clients in Europe, the Middle East and Korea.
With 25+ years of consulting experience serving some of the largest public and private companies, and some of Vietnam’s most impactful entrepreneurs, Marco brings deep knowledge of the local economy and business combined with global expertise in financial services, e-commerce, data analytics, real estate and infrastructure.
With a passion to develop local talent and a startup community in the region, Marco co-founded the Mekong Business Challenge, a regional youth entrepreneurship program active in six countries.
He’s also an avid investor with a portfolio of over 20 startups in Vietnam, SEA, Europe and the US with multiple notable exits.

Former Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in Vietnam and Investment Banker at JP Morgan India, with 12 years of experience in consulting and financial services.
Gagan brings deep expertise in banking, insurance, financial services, new business building, digital transformation, data & analytics.
Impact driven and passionate about making a difference, Gagan is experienced in leading end-to-end transformation, business building program, training and coaching senior leadership.
