Orionis Capital is a private venture capital and advisory firm founded by former McKinsey partners. We focus on investments, business advisory, business transformation, and scaling early-stage startups in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets. In partnership with Alchemy Capital Solutions (ACS) - a global investment and advisory firm spanning Dubai, London, and New York - we also provide global capital markets access, including private credit, SPACs, reverse mergers.
What we do
We partner with businesses to drive strategy, execute complex transformations, and scale startups across their entire growth lifecycle. Through our partnership with ACS, we extend our capabilities into public markets access, private credit, and strategic financing, including investor sourcing, deal structuring, and IPO/fundraising preparation. We don’t just advise; we put our own capital to play alongside you.
President & Managing Partner
Former Partner at McKinsey & Company in Vietnam, an office that he helped found in 2008 and led as managing partner for 12 years. Marco continues to serve McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor. Previously, Marco was the managing partner of McKinsey’s Thailand office, a partner in McKinsey’s Singapore office responsible for Financial Institutions clients in Southeast Asia and has served clients in Europe, the Middle East and Korea.
