Orionis Capital is a private venture capital and advisory firm founded by a former McKinsey partner. We focus on investments, business advisory, business transformation, and scaling early-stage startups in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets. In partnership with Alchemy Capital Solutions (ACS) - a global investment and advisory firm spanning Dubai, London, and New York - we also provide global capital markets access, including private credit, SPACs, reverse mergers.
What we do
We partner with businesses to drive strategy, execute complex transformations, and scale startups across their entire growth lifecycle. Through our partnership with ACS, we extend our capabilities into public markets access, private credit, and strategic financing, including investor sourcing, deal structuring, and IPO/fundraising preparation.
